I have the program installed on a Windows 11 laptop to use on a weekend gig.
For the last two weeks, the Genius DJ and Live Feedback features have not been working, and I also can't download any IDJ Pool songs to my cache despite being connected to the internet.
My backup installation on my home desktop PC does not have these problems.
How should I troubleshoot this issue?
